I agree, but it’s complicated. There were instances of physically forced injections and a whole lot of manipulation/malpractice; many injections were negotiations: IE job no job, air travel or no etc. It all comes full circle and the Piper eventually gets paid. I think the more powerful CEOs/execs may escape traditional justice, but may not escape deranged parents who lost their children… Managers and employees won’t escape the law/justice. Their next best move is to blow the whistle before they end up on the no-deal list.
I was fired for not wearing a mask. Is there a Statue of Limitations for this, considering the "Pandemic" situation? And I was LIED TO about why I was fired, too.
Not sure about the mask - probably not long, but wrongful term claim can be 1 to 3 years, dep. on your state. If lied to, to hide an illegal termination, you may have a case. May not be worth the aggravation though. I had a lot taken from me and I walked away. No energy to fight - decided to start fresh, but still struggling - no easy out in this transition it seems.
Taking away the right to choose whether or not to inject someone with something is premeditated murder. Under no circumstances can we allow this.
