Mass deregulation under the Trump administration sped up the rollout of 5G infrastructure, with a focus on towers near schools. The ongoing Catastrophic Contagion exercises show that their fictional SEERS-25 virus largely affects children and causes encephalitis (a blatant side effect of DEW). Therefore, one can conclude there is a good chance children will be the next focus, and as you stated, the installed infrastructure will be the kill network to stimulate another false pandemic, this time with a heavier reliance on new Internet censorship laws, captured alternative media, their built quarantine centers, and the rolling out digital IDs...
